ASSET VERIFICATION & PROPERTY INFO IF A PURCHASE LOAN
- Most
recent 3 months consecutive bank statements for checking,
savings, money market, stock, retirement and/or 401k accounts

- Complete
copy of purchase contract
- Escrow
information (if available)
- Gift
letter including proof of donors ability (if applicable)
- Landlord
name and address or 12 months cancelled checks (front
and back) to establish rent history
- If
the subject property includes a septic tank, well, private
road, or is located in a flood zone, it is very important
to bring this to our attention at the time you submit
your completed application.
ASSET
VERIFICATION & PROPERTY INFO IF A REFINANCE
- Most
recent 3 months consecutive bank statements for checking,
savings, money market, stock, retirement and/or 401k accounts
(please include ALL pages of statements)
- Letter
stating reason for refinance
- Please
indicate if the property is currently listed for sale
or has been during the last 12 months.
OTHER
